As a child of the 80’s, this was a beautifully nostalgic purchase. It was packaged well and made it in perfect condition ‘across the pond.’ It was charmingly wrapped and the quality of the map itself was excellent. I’m just envious that it’s a gift for my sister and not mine!

I received my new pin and I absolutely love it! I actually took time to just appreciate how they took the time to package my little pin. It came wrapped in brown paper, tied with twine and a business card, but then a wax seal was place to hold it all together! They also placed a nice card in as well with a kind handwritten note! Honestly, it was so sweet how they took the time to package my order so nicely. Thank you for showing this kind of care!!!!

What is the return policy?
Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied with their order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the price of the product or process an exchange. Due to the production time involved with some of our products, exchanges can take up to a month.
When will my order arrive?
In the case of Bookshelf tabs, it takes us about four weeks to produce and ship due to the nature of our production schedule and the volume of orders. This is, unfortunately, not reflected in the order expectation automatically generated at checkout due to a persistent issue with automated processing window calculation.
All other products ship within 4 days of ordering.
Can I request a design?
Absolutely. We keep a running list of suggestions in order of frequency of request. All suggestions will be made, but we cannot guarantee an time frame. Alternatively, if you would like something produced immediately (or custom), you can submit a commission. More information is available within the commission process.
Bookmark commissions have a minimum quantity of 50.
Map commissions are presented as digital files.
Pin commissions have a minimum quantity of 50.
Bookshelf Tabs can take up to 6 weeks to design, print and ship.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our bookshelf tabs are 3D printed here in the United States.
Handmade products are also produced in the United States.
Some printed bookmarks are produced in the United States, others in the United Kingdom. Inquire.
Pins are produced by a contractor with factories in a few Asian countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
